To seal the Plexi and make water-tight use clear silicone. Do NOT Seal the Plexi just yet. There will be a &#8220;gap&#8221; at the bottom of the Stem Tube between the Stem Tube and Case. Solder from the top first, eventually the solder will run to the bottom. Let it harden then fill with solder.
