This is a genuine non-alarm stem-wind movement, it is NOT converted!
The hour wheel included is the original thick hour wheel (genuine Panerai dials have a hole to accommodate the thicker hour wheel). You can buy a slim tall hour wheel in the shop of your dial doesn't have a hole to accommodate the thick hour wheel.
